Located near Trastevere, in a very convenient location to easily reach the city center. The apartment was recently renovated and the attention to details, together with the choice of quality objects and materials, makes it be a comfortable and smart shelter for people visiting Rome or staying for a business trip.

In the centre of Rome!

Located just at the gates of Trastevere, in a very convenient position to reach any part of the city. You will be looking forward to taking a tour of the neighbourhood as soon as you get here!

Whether you are coming here by car (there’s a garage next to the gate of the building, but it’s not hard to find a parking on the street), by train or by plane, you will not have any troubles reaching this house.

Once at home, you will be spoiled for choice about the things to do and see. Either you are good walkers, or you want to take a bike ride, or you want to use the public transportation to move around, this place is perfect for you!

The place

Throughout the renovation of this house, I was guided by my taste and I decided to leave everything as is for my guests. Once at home you will feel the comfort of the materials (the wood, the travertine and parquet pavements, the glass and the mosaic) and of the systems: underfloor heating, thermally and acoustically insulated windows, air conditioning, centralised vacuum cleaning, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, safe-deposit box, etc… If you decide to be my guests you will probably appreciate these things, that’s why I ask you to use them with care!

Quiet and not far from the Centre.

The apartment is a single unit, and it is situated at the ground floor in a protected position, in the inner courtyard. It is, therefore, quiet and reserved, while remaining sunny and accessible. At your arrival, you will find a bright and cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. The room also includes a table for 6 and an ample corner sofa, ideal for relaxing and plan-making!

The bedroom is located in another room, separated by a door. Here you will find a double bed (hand-crafted!) equipped with a memory foam mattress. From the bedroom, you will have access to the super-relaxing bathroom, equipped with a king size shower. Here you will also find a hairdryer and a washing machine.
 Always from the bedroom, you will have access to a closet and a walk-in closet.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

I will be present for your check-in, and I will give you any useful information about the house. I would also be happy to say goodbye to you and ask you about your stay. Furthermore, I will leave you my phone number for any needs.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

If you want/need any advice, I will be happy to give you some tips about my city and about the things to see.
